1.1 Service Coverage: Eatsena currently offers food delivery in select cities and areas. The availability of delivery services may vary depending on your location and the restaurants in your vicinity.
1.2 Restaurant-Specific Delivery Zones: Each restaurant on the Eatsena platform may have specific delivery zones. If your delivery address is outside the restaurant’s delivery zone, Eatsena will notify you at the time of placing the order. Unfortunately, orders outside of the designated delivery zones cannot be fulfilled.
2. Delivery Times
2.1 Estimated Delivery Time: Eatsena aims to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as:

2.2 Delays: While we strive to deliver your food as quickly as possible, there may be delays beyond our control. Eatsena will keep you informed in case of any significant delay. We encourage you to track your order status through the Eatsena platform for real-time updates.
3. Delivery Fees
3.1 Standard Delivery Fee: A delivery fee may be applied to your order based on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address. The applicable fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
3.2 Promotions and Discounts: Occasionally, Eatsena may offer promotions or discounts on delivery fees. These will be applied automatically at checkout if applicable.
4. Order Fulfillment and Handling
4.1 Restaurant Responsibility: The restaurant is responsible for preparing and packaging your food order. Eatsena ensures that restaurants follow the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, but we cannot guarantee that food will be free from cross-contamination or meet specific dietary restrictions unless clearly communicated to the restaurant.
4.2 Delivery Process: Once the order is ready, a delivery driver will pick up your order and deliver it to your specified address. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the estimated delivery time.
5. Failed Deliveries
5.1 Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the delivery may fail. Please double-check your address before placing your order. Eatsena is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
5.2 Customer Unavailability: If the delivery driver arrives at the delivery address and is unable to contact you, Eatsena will attempt to reach you via phone or app notification. If you are unreachable and the driver cannot deliver the order, the order may be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

6.1 Custom Requests: You may provide special delivery instructions when placing your order, such as leaving the food at the door or delivering it to a specific location. Eatsena will do its best to accommodate these requests, but they are not guaranteed.
6.2 Contactless Delivery: To ensure safety and convenience, Eatsena offers a contactless delivery option where the driver will leave the food at your specified location and notify you. Please select this option at checkout if desired.
7. Order Tracking
7.1 Real-Time Tracking: You can track your order in real-time through the Eatsena app or website. The tracking feature allows you to see when your order is being prepared, picked up by the driver, and en route to your location.
7.2 Notifications: Eatsena will send notifications at key points in the delivery process, including when your order is on its way and when it has been delivered.
