Cancellation policy

At Eatsena, part of MyMakBuddy Private Limited, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and delivered promptly. However, we understand that there may be occasions where an order needs to be canceled. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and the process for canceling an order.

1. Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order only before the restaurant begins preparing your food. Once the restaurant has started preparing your order, cancellations may not be allowed, and you will be charged for the full order amount.

1.2 How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please use the cancellation option within the Eatsena app or website or contact our customer support team as soon as possible:

1.3 Refunds for Cancellations: If you successfully cancel your order before preparation begins, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Cancellation by Eatsena

2.1 Restaurant Unavailability: In rare cases, a restaurant may be unable to fulfill your order due to unexpected circumstances such as ingredient shortages, technical issues, or high order volume. If this happens, Eatsena reserves the right to cancel your order. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

2.2 Delivery Constraints: If we are unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control, we may cancel your order. You will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.

2.3 Fraud or Misuse: Eatsena reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of our terms and conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

3. Changes to Your Order

3.1 Modifying Your Order: If you wish to modify your order after placing it (e.g., changing items or delivery details), please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Modifications may not be possible if the restaurant has already started preparing your order.

3.2 Partial Cancellations: If you wish to cancel only part of your order, please contact our customer support team. If the restaurant has not started preparing the canceled items, a partial refund will be issued for those items.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Refund Timeline: Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider for more information.
